How to stay warm and well this winter

Those in receipt of winter fuel allowance who can spare all or part of the payment this year, we are asking to please consider making a donation to Uttlesford CAB. The CAB would channel extra funding to help people save money on heating costs, including access to help with insulation; understand what financial help is available and manage any fuel-related debt.  http://www.uttlesfordcab.org.uk/news/item/donating-back-your-winter-fuel-allowance
